The vet seems unassuming, but is actually a money-grubbing businessman 😡😡😡 She's only attentive during the initial consultation (eager to make money), but after discovering customers don't buy additional treatments (like exosomes), she starts giving haphazard checkups. During consultations, she doesn't examine the pet's skin, simply copies the previous month's medication, and still charges a follow-up visit fee of 600 yuan (the initial consultation fee was 1700 yuan), with medication costing 3000-4000 yuan. We went to the vet once a month, for a total of 7 visits. The vet would forget the skincare products I mentioned for the pet, repeatedly asking about them each time, making me wonder if her medical records were falsified. (The vet was frequently typing on the computer during consultations.) The vet recommends many treatments, saying that besides Western medicine, the pet can also receive exosomes, traditional Chinese medicine, small needle stimulation of hair follicles, medicated baths at the clinic, etc. When she finds customers don't buy these treatments, she starts giving haphazard checkups. Furthermore, the vet prescribed a month's supply of medication for us to use at home, but she miscalculated the number of days, causing our pet to stop taking the medication before the next appointment. During the follow-up appointment, we told her this but didn't receive an apology. However, she suddenly said that each appointment would include free phototherapy (infrared light to promote hair growth), but then she didn't offer that service again… Is this her way of apologizing? Only the initial appointment provides a detailed medication prescription; subsequent appointments don't have this information unless you request it from the counter.
My dog's ears always had a sour, foul odor, and regular clinics couldn't fix it. Later, I took him to this traditional Chinese veterinary clinic for treatment, and the improvement in his skin and overall health was amazing. Now his ears don't smell at all, and his skin is fantastic! The integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment is truly different from regular hospital treatments!
My dog had been shedding fur for a long time without it growing back. After examining him, Dr. Zhao found the cause and the dog recovered very well. I highly recommend this to pet owners with the same problem.
After nearly three months of treatment, combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine, along with dry and wet shampooing, his skin condition was finally cured, and his fur grew back thick and healthy. He's back to being a handsome young man!
Good visit, little bit pricey, but if my cat can be healthy, then I won't mind the charge.
